As part of Guildford Borough Council’s ongoing commitment to the principles of providing a Best Value service to all its customers. We are currently seeking your views on the standard of service provided by the Parks & Countryside Division of the Leisure Services Department.

This is the first time that Guildford Borough has surveyed specific user groups of the Parks & Countryside Service and it is my intention to make this an annual exercise. It is intended that the results from the survey will allow us to ensure that the Parks & Countryside Service is continually reviewed and improved wherever possible.

It is hoped that the results obtained from the consultation exercise will, where applicable, enable us to prepare service specific improvement programmes aimed at improving the management and quality of your Parks and Countryside facilities.
